There are No hidden costs. You can read our webdesign & development process to learn more about how it works. I agree a fixed price with you, which means you know exactly what you will pay. Quotes are always given before I start any work, and costs are clearly documented.
The only time I need to charge additional fees in the instances where a client requests a new page or some additional material or images for the website after work has commenced. Charges for additional work such as this are always given before the work starts.
Payment is split into three stages. The project starts with 40% deposit upfront, 30% as the design is finished and I start to work on the functionality which includes: pages connection, contact form, actual coding and if it’s an ecommerce site - creating the custom layout for the products. The final 30%, is collected before your website is scheduled for launch on your hosting.
After we discuss all the details and define the project scope with the deadline, and you agree on it, I will fill up the contract. The next step for you to pay the first payment. The project will be scheduled in my agenda. There will be usually 12 days to get all your content together, summing up your text, images or videos and any type of printed media that you have (flyers, brochures).
As soon I receive them I will be able to start working on the project. If the content mentioned above will be not delivered within 12 days, the project will be delayed. Excepting the situations when you already have a website with content that can be used for the new website .
Before we begin working together, we discuss on Skype the project details and your needs. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email or Skype messages.
This method is efficient, making the process a lot easier because the messages / emails are saved and I can come back to them without bothering you for the details that are already written.
Your input and feedback is important to this process. I will ask you a couple of questions about your business and get to know your needs, desires, expectations and what sets your business or organisation apart from your competition. This way I can build a website that really matches with your needs and expectations. You are the one who knows your business inside out, without delivering me all the details, the project won’t end up good.
- Quality images of your workplace.

- Any other content that you have about your business or organisation can be helpfull. These can be any .PDFs , or printed media (flyers, brochures) scanned or just a photo with them.
If you already have the above content on your existing website, I can use them from there. If you don’t have a logo, or your logo is not in a vector format I can help you and recommend a good freelancers who is specialised in logo design.
Normally that is you. Because you are the expert on your business or organisation. You know better what is all about, so usually the best is if all the important information and description comes from you.
If you need help, I can recommend you a good freelancer for copywriting, who can help to clean up or write original content for an additional cost. We will get familiar with the business by asking you a series of questions.
WordPress is the best content management system that now powers more than 60% of the web. Its huge market share is due to its flexibility and ease of use.
Here I have created a list of the most big names & brands that are using WordPress on their websites:
- Sony Playstation
- BBC America
- Microsoft News Center
- Bloomberg Professional
- Walt Disney
- MTV News
- Usain Bolt
- The Wall Street Journal
- Snoop Dogg
- Katy Perry
Are you convinced that this is the best option?
Yes, I can help you. I have already made ecommerce websites that sell products and can accept online transactions with different payment options. For the best results, I use WordPress combined with Woocommerce, having a powerful mobile friendly structure. See Ecommerce website for more details.
Yes! Having a mobile-friendly website is more important than ever! Already 80% of the visitors come from mobile device users. So I work hard to make sure your website looks and functions great on a variety of devices.
I offer a risk-free 100% Money Back Guarantee that can be returned before launching your website LIVE on your server / hosting.
Here you can see my complete 5 Steps Design and Developing Process .
Yes, I will ensure that every website that I make is easy and simple to use. Just like sending an email to someone: Write a subject (Page Title), completing the message (Body Text), attaching files or videos and then send it. (Publish the page).
I can also create custom fields if needed, where you can put more details about your products or services. After saving the document everything will be in place automatically.
After the website is launched I will provide you a custom step-by-step video tutorial and a live 30 minutes video session to make sure you will understand everything. These videos can be played back if you forgot something.
I’m just one email away. I won’t disappear once your website is launched. You can also opt in in my monthly Website Aftercare Plan where I can offer different type of support as well as maintaining your website every month to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Yes I can. I provide on-going support for my clients. After launch you will still have support for 12 days, and I’ll fix any bugs that occur. This does not include any additional work on the site, yet I still can offer my Website Aftercare Plan, which includes website maintenance, important updates, website backups, bug fixes, optimisations, live support over Skype screen-share, from 1 to 6 hours / month. So you never will be alone with your website.
Hosting is super important! It is like renting space on the internet. You’ll need to buy hosting, otherwise people won’t be able to access your website. When it comes to hosting, you get what you pay for. My recommendation is to use inMotion hosting, because it’s fast, safe and has Skype call support. You will buy your own hosting, this way you will have total control over your website.
Normally it takes between 24 and 72 hours to become visible on the Internet. However you don’t have to worry about this, I can help you for free to set it up.
A domain name is a unique name which points to your hosting server. When you buy a hosting you will get an IP address like 165.5184.108.40.206. This IP must be registered to an easy to remember domain name. So that visitors don’t have to remember the IP number, they simply will use yourbusinesname.com domain name.
It's like renting a house and register your new company name on that address.
(renting = hosting, registering company name = domain)
I can help you with this. But you have to own the domain name for your safety! Never let anyone buy it for you. I will help you step-by-step on how to buy it from namecheap.com and how to choose the right domain name for your business.
Yes, and I can help you to set them up. But you will need to use our recommended hosting who offers for free up to 100 email addresses.
It’s important to secure data that’s submitted to your web server from your users – especially if that data is sensitive in nature. Whether a user on your website is submitting a contact form, login form, or credit card information, it’s vital to keep their data safe with an SSL certificate.
An SSL certificate adds credibility and confidence to your website.
It is recommended to purchase an SSL certificate. Customers are becoming more informed about the safety of the internet. Google is also rewarding websites that have an SSL with higher rankings.
Unlike other freelancers or agencies, I DON’T use templates, because it can’t be optimised to search engines. I’ll build your website from scratch, which means you get a unique design perfectly matching with your brand and business goals.
Your investment won't only just get you a ‘nice looking' website, it will help you to convert your visitors into customers! I work hard to create unique websites for any brand, which can be updated easily by yourself with a fresh new content.
Remember, a consultation with me is always free and I just might be able to prevent you from wasting a thousand bucks on cheap coders / web developers who only knows coding but don’t have any idea about online marketing strategies.
When I make the design for your website, I’ll include all the features you want, including an email sign-up form. As I design all my websites from scratch, I’ll make sure it will match with your business style and branding.
What you will need is an email marketing platform such as Aweber or Mailchimp. I can set this up for you, however, these services do charge as well.
I will design and develop your website from scratch using a number of tools. First I create a sketch with pencil and paper. As we agree on the structure and how to organise elements on the page I’ll go and start making the design and the development in WordPress.

If you already have a website, that is fine because I can build your new website meanwhile your other website is still live. Once I am are ready with the new website to go live and you are happy with it, I can then swap the old site with the new one. It will take approximately as little as 15 minutes for the new website to be visible.
No. I only support websites that are built by me. Every coder uses different strategy of coding and different short-naming for components. It can take a huge amount of time to figure it out which is the short-name for every component. There are issues of liability of multiple programmers touching the same code over time.
Yes. The only right for me remains to use screenshots and a description of your site in my portfolio. This way I can show my work to my clients. Thank you!
I design websites from the ground up so that they work well with search engines like Google, Yahoo! and Bing. I make sure that ON-SITE SEO has a friendly URL structure, meta datas are used correctly and images are optimised. Your website will be registered and installed the monitoring tools (Google Analytics for example) so that you can view detailed statistics on the visitors.
However Google rankings are an OFF-site SEO (external links to your website) job, who writes original new articles includes a link to your website on different blogs, and news sites. Multiple good links pointing to your site can rank you better on the Google.
